**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operations Coordinator. You will enable our vision by executing world-class customer service. You will be responsible for driving improvements to support operations, ensuring workplace excellence, by maintaining an inspiring workplace environment that is conductive to productivity, safety and which excites our people. If you are someone who is passionate about providing operational excellence to ensure the success of a business, then this could be your new role.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in a similar Operations Coordinator role within a global retailer is ideal
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills, with an excellent ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
- Experience driving a strong workplace culture that is supportive, empowering and collaborative
- Proficient capabilities in MS Office
