Bourke St will be brimming with over 200 brands, 80 exciting new experiences and beauty services, as well as unique product curations and never-seen-before MECCA destinations. From clinical skin services to a Beauty Atelier, the biggest MECCA Perfumeria, an auditorium for MECCAVersity, an Apothecary, and an entire mezzanine dedicated to gifting, this is MECCA's vision for the future of beauty, and we'd love you to be part of it.

As part of a new service offering at MECCA, we are looking for Brow Specialists to join an extraordinary team that sets the standard for beauty destinations and transform the ordinary into the exceptional.

- Life as a Brow_ Specialist at MECCA:_- World-class education; continuous upskilling with MECCAversity, in store training- Work with the latest products from the world’s top brands- Work-life balance; permanent opportunities with regular schedules- Day-to-day responsibilities:_- Be the go-to expert in-store for all Mecca brow and lash services, being and a pro in brow styling, shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifting. You are comfortable performing back-to-back services on our busiest days, whilst providing the ultimate customer service experience.- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Availability to work late evenings and weekends
- What you will bring to this role:_
Previous and recent experience in Brow services is essential for this opportunity Along with your professional experience and passion for all-things brows and lashes, we look for team members who resonate with our values, and are positive, passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service- Certificate 3 in Beauty Services or Makeup (with a completed waxing elective)/Diploma in Beauty Therapy/ Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy- Professional experience in performing the following brow and lash services (some but not all required): Ideally- Brow Shapes- Precision Waxing with correct form- Precision Tweezing & Trimming- Brow Styling (including use of Crayon, Powder & Pomade)- Highlighting Trimming and Tweezing- Brow Lamination- Tinting- Lash Lifting
