Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; helping customers find the best products for their needs and ensuring everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing.
  • Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials.
  • Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.
Requirements
  • Availability to work late evenings and weekends.

  • Proven experience in performing services in your category.
  • Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for customers that help them feel amazing in their own skin.
  • Ability to coach and upskill peers and demonstrate expertise to build your category.
