**Client**
Our client is a global agribusiness company that provides integrated solutions designed to improve dairy producers' production, animal welfare and overall quality of life. The business offers products, systems, and services for all steps of milk production, with a focus on reducing their environmental footprint whilst improving production, profitability and the well-being of the people and animals involved.

**Role**
This role will be responsible for responding to scheduled and breakdown milking machine service needs, and will also promote and sell spare parts and preventative maintenance to dairy farmers. The key responsibilities will include:

- Schedule routine and irregular maintenance activities to achieve the most efficient use of time and resources.
- Provide service or product demonstrations to assist in maintaining customer relations and increase the potential for additional sales.
- Perform regular stock takes of stock under your control.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all customers in the area

**Key requirements**
To be considered for this position, you will have an electrical or Fitters qualification. Previous experience in the Dairy or agricultural industry would be advantageous, particularly experience and knowledge in milking machine operation and service. You will have a current valid driver’s license and you will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with sound knowledge of the sales process whilst having a strong customer focus.

**Location**
The role is ideally based in the Warragul area in Gippsland, Victoria. This is a work-from-home, autonomous role.

**Remuneration**
An attractive remuneration package is on offer for this role, including an on-call allowance.
