Enthusiastic customer service assistant, with a passion for wine who enjoys enhancing customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectation. Working effectively in a small team environment to meet sales and profitability goals. Ideally having a background in retail with a passion for wine and customer service or at least a thirst to learn more.

Complete opening or closing duties as necessary, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, locking doors, etc and maintaining a clean work area throughout the day. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards, anticipate and address customer service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank customers with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others in the team, company as well as with suppliers and stakeholders involved. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
