**POP UP Cosmetics Training Assistant**

Our fast growing cosmetics company is looking for a Full Time Training Assistant based at our Head Office in Marrickville, Sydney.

The position is for our multi-store retail pop ups across Sydney Metro.

**Who would be suitable**:

- enjoys customer service
- fast learners
- previous retail or hospitality experience (not a requirement, but advantageous)
- previous experience as a team leader, 2IC or Manager (not a requirement, but advantageous)
- enjoys training & staff development
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- friendly, approachable with a can do attitude

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who can train, with a positive attitude
- Someone who can teach how to work in retail
- Someone who can be relatable and talk with staff
- Someone who can help staff to meet and exceed targets
- Must be available full time working 5 days a week

You must have a valid driver’s license and own car (all fuel, tolls and parking will be paid for by the company during work hours). You will also have the option to use our company work van.

Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently.

Have full work rights in Australia with no restriction on full-time hours

Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to use technology such as iPads and laptop.

All training will be provided.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Recruiting employees suitable to be a part of our retail team
- Training staff using our training guides & videos
- Spending 1 on 1 times with new staff and existing staff to improve their performance
- Visiting stores to ensure team is performing well, store is well presented and staff are reaching targets
- Assist in retail stores as required
- Reporting to Head Office with issues and staff issues

Our head office/ warehouse is based in Marrickville, but our pop-up stores are located around Sydney. Therefore, your day to day duties will be moving around to our Sydney stores

Staff also receive a 50% Staff Discount on all cosmetics.

Immediate start.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
