OAC Croydon Park is a warm inviting 70 place childcare centre located on 462 Georges River Road, with dedicated outdoor play areas.Children have a wonderful environment to direct their own play, explore and create. We have a large sandpit, a vegetable garden, a worm farm, an obstacle course, a slide and a bike track. Our three age-based indoor spaces are designed to encourage growth and learning amongst our children, with a focus on natural elements and safety. We have long standing diverse culture team of educators at the campus who are always striving towards creating a positive and inclusive environment

Role: We are looking for a Trainee educator to support the Preschool room space.

**T**rainee Educator role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood education & care whilst putting theory into practice working in our Campuses.

The study will be funded and organised by Only About Children so this is a good pathway into the Early Childhood Sector with future career development and mentoring available.

You will work as part of a team with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals receiving mentoring whilst sharing your strengths.
- Trainee's are given time to study, a mentor and the chance to learn on the job and practice / experience setting up experiences for children.
- You will learn about age appropriate activities for children as well as how to keep them safe in line with child protection
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
