**Job Description**:
**The Transformation Team**
The Transformation team, embedded within the Office of the Vice Chancellor provides strategic advice, analysis, and delivery capability to Griffith. They lead, partner, and inspire continuous improvement and manage projects and support teams across the University to achieve Griffith’s strategic goals.

**About the opportunity**
The Experience Design Lead provides expertise, leadership, contemporary practice, support, and training in experience design. As a thought leader and Centre of Expertise lead, you will co-design experiences to keep students and staff at the heart of Griffith’s transformation agenda.

Leading a small team, you will develop solutions, deliver and contribute to change initiatives, provide advice on the design of experiences and create frameworks, tools and capabilities that are accessible and leveraged across the University to improve the experience for students, staff, and partners.

**Qualifications**:
You will be a passionate Experience Design (XD), Human Centred Design (HCD) and/or customer experience professional with proven experience in diverse industries and environments. As a highly collaborative internal consultant you will have demonstrated skills building capability, providing meaningful recommendations, influencing across an organisation, and contributing to strategic projects.
