About the role
We are seeking a pastoral care practitioner to work on a casual basis across Calvary John James and Bruce Private Hospitals and to cover leave when required at Haydon Retirement Community.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of using deep listening and empathy to create strong relationships, and an ability to work within an ethical practice framework.
Commitment to your own reflective practice, and personal, spiritual and professional growth.
Commitment to working as part of a team, including participating in and contributing to reflection on action learning opportunities.
Flexibility to work across a Monday to Friday roster and willingness to work in other settings, including residential aged care and community care if required.
