**Barista / Café All Rounder - Melbourne Airport**

We are seeking baristas/café all-rounders to work at our venues at Melbourne Airport in Tullamarine.

Your duties at our sites would consist of:

- Opening the venue
- Serving customers
- Making coffee - we use La Marzocco Linea PB/Mazzer Major V Electronic Grinder/Puqpress
- Heating and serving food
- Clearing tables
- Light cleaning duties/closing the venue

We trade 7 days a week - AM shift times start as early as 04:30am, while PM shift times finish as late as 09:30pm - something for everyone
- A willingness to learn
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A team player mentality
- An ability to handle pressure in a high volume environment - the airport never stops
- A previous history of barista experience (this is desired however not essential)
