**The Organisation**:
Meerilinga has operated since 1911. The children and community centres provide access to free and fee paid children and community programs and activities, facilities use and information. Income generating activities including facility rental and licenced early learning programs operate from the centre.

**About you**
- Excellent knowledge of National Quality Framework
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships with children and families
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to design and deliver exceptional educational programs
- Ability to collaborate, encourage, and inspire Educators
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Competent in role modelling innovation and creativity in our Early Learning Programs
- Aspire to work in a not-for-profit organisation where you can attach greater meaning to the work you do.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a CHC50121/CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA approved)
- 2 years’ experience leading an early learning program.
- Current First Aid HLTAID012
