About Us:

As we grow, we’re looking for an **experienced barista** who’s also happy to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever needed - not just behind the machine.

About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a skilled **barista** who’s confident on the machine and passionate about delivering top-notch coffee — but who also enjoys being part of the full front-of-house experience. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the cafe.

What You'll Do:

- Craft consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages with speed and precision
- Take orders, serve customers, and operate the POS
- Prepare smoothies and non-coffee drinks as needed
- Keep the coffee station and FOH areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Pitch in wherever needed across the front-of-house to keep service running smoothly
- Provide warm, genuine customer service - every time

What We're Looking For:

- **At least 1 year of barista experience** (can dial in, troubleshoot, and handle high volume)
- A team player who’s happy to do more than just coffee
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, efficient working style
- Great communication and a naturally friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times
