**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Registrar within our Gastroenterology unit where you will develop your specialist skills in a supportive, progressive team.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
- The Lyell McEwin Hospital is a major teaching hospital providing comprehensive gastroenterology services to our diverse community. As a Registrar, you'll gain valuable experience managing complex gastrointestinal conditions, participating in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- You'll work within our established gastroenterology unit, accessing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment whilst being mentored by experienced specialists. This role offers excellent exposure to both acute and elective gastroenterology cases, endoscopic procedures and outpatient clinics.

As per the SA Health Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement 2022, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12 month allocation as Medical Practitioner will be determined in line with your training and SA Health’s requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.

The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you will be dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic looking to progress towards gastroenterology specialisation. You will have strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centred care along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
