Join the team with this exclusive short term holiday rental business with 110+ properties on their books. Their expanding portfolio of high-end properties are located throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This organisation has a reputable name within the short-term holiday rental space therefore keeping a superior level of service is crucial to the role.

With your previous experience in a similar role you will be a senior member of the team reporting to directly to management. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring and ongoing training of your housekeeping team to ensure guest standards are met.

Quick overview:
Strategically manage your check out team and roster accordingly

Manage stock and supplies - dealing with key suppliers.

Supervise your teams across various sites - no two days will be the same

Oversee your team’s productivity to ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure you team delivers a superior level of cleanliness and property presentation, your eye for detail, and property styling will be a notable advantage.

Required Skills and qualifications for this role:
Experience in a similar role, or worked as a Housekeeping supervisor in a hotel environment.

Management skills and initiative

Drivers licence and car

You may have, or be willing to complete a NSW Real Estate Certificate

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bondi, NSW 2026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
