**About the role**:
Are you passionate about making a real impact in communities? Do you thrive in an agile and collaborative environment?

A rare opportunity as Community Relations Advisor has arisen within our close-knit and passionate Community Engagement team. This is a 12-month fixed term full-time contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Working alongside a team of experts, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Partnership Managers in executing events, partnerships, and program activations.

**You’ll also**:

- Project manage operational elements related to campaigns and events
- Support the broader community team to achieve our community strategy
- Provide communication for inquiries about how Coles can support communities
- Assist in managing our Nurture Fund program.

**What you bring**:
With previous experience in partnership management across sport/events/entertainment, you bring a passion for community and making a difference.

A brilliant communicator and project manager, you can adapt quickly and absorb information efficiently.

**You’ll also need**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Familiarity with contracts and agreements, advantageous not mandatory.
