**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **Service Receptionist**, to join our busy **Jeep/Isuzu/Ram Service Department** located in **Warwick Farm** on a full-time basis.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Greet and welcome guests on arrival
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties
- Proven reception experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
