**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm

**Pay**: $34.51 - $37.59 per hour based on qualification and experience.

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Mannering Park**:
Our centre is located in the local community of Mannering Park on the Central Coast, conveniently located on Vales Rd, not far from Mannering Park Public school.

We educate and care for children between 12 months and six years old across two indoor learning spaces. The learning environments at Goodstart Mannering Park are designed with a focus on inquiry based learning. Our outdoor learning spaces include natural play spaces to encourage children to interact with and care for our natural environment.

Our early learning educational programs cater to each individual child's stage of development, from 12 months of age to preschool-aged children. Our curriculum is centred around the Early Years Learning Framework and is tailored to your child's unique strengths, needs and interests.
