**About the Role**:
We are recruiting for two full time scheduling assistants to join our Lidcombe Team. We are looking for individuals who are highly customer focused, flexible and able work in an ever changing work flow demands placed on us by Builders
**In this role, you will be required to perform a range of duties including**:
- Liaising with Builders/Customers over the phone
- Making arrangements for our Installers to meet the needs of our Customers and Builders
- Coordination of Materials to be correct, on site and on time
- Manage, track and communicate with Customers and Builders regarding any job completion and or maintenance required
- Send out Contracts to installers and manage any variations that may occur on site
- Manage a high volume of service call requests over the phone
- Has experience in a previous role and or able to show examples of possessing a customer focused attitude
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and follow up clearly
- Experience and or demonstrates the ability to self manage in a high pressure role and situations
- Able to think on their feet and is capable to think outside the box to achieve results required for a highly customer focused small family business
**Salary**: $59,995.00 - $85,495.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- LIDCOMBE, NSW 2141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
