Monash Health Emergency Departments treat over 150,000 emergency patients a year at Monash Medical Centre Clayton campus, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital.

We are after an exceptional Registered nurse to join us to lead the way in providing quality patient
- centered health care.

South West 4 is a 36 bed General Medical ward specialising in General Medicine and Telemetry. West 4 is a 40 bed General Medical ward specialising in Respiratory and Endocrine medicine. West 4 also supports an Eating Disorder unit and a Dialysis service

**About You**:

- Do you have strong preceptorship and mentoring skills?
- Are you able to deliver direct clinical teaching and support to nursing staff therefore enabling a high level of Person Centered Care?
- Are you a role model who demonstrates reflective practice strategies and clinical excellence based on the Foundations of Care?

**What You Need**:

- Relevant Qualification (aligned to position description)
- Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Include any other mandatory/required skills or licenses
- Australian working rights
- Certificate 4 in the Work Place - desirable
