**About the Role**

The Adviser, Public Private Partnership (PPP2) Contract Administration assists in managing and monitoring the SA School PPP Project Deed to help ensure that the State and Private Sector meet their financial and performance obligations, delivering value for money to the State.

This role provides consistent and timely advice, both verbally and in writing, on the contractual conditions and obligations outlined in the SA School PPP Project Deed, as well as departmental policies and procedures.

Additionally, the role involves supporting the coordination and implementation of procedures and systems to help school leadership, Facility Managers, and Private Sector representatives accurately interpret and fulfill their contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**

Desirable: Tertiary or post-secondary qualification in an appropriate discipline, i.e., Project Management, Asset Management, Contract Management for Public Private, Partnerships (University of Melbourne) or equivalent experience.

**Special Conditions**

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**

ASO5: $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus 11.5% superannuation plus leave loading.
