**Your role**:
The role calls for experienced practitioners to work in a busy service responding to complex after hours matters supporting our 30 residential units, foster carers and any other person needing support from 4:30pm to 9am. Shifts can be 4:30pm-1am, 7pm-3.30am, 12.30am-9am or 8.30am-5pm (weekends only) based on a rotating fortnightly roster.
The role is mainly phone based, you need to be able to make complex decisions, offer expert advice and problem solve.
**About you**
- Experience is key, you are making tough decisions over the phone
- Previous experience working with young people of all ages
- Experience working with young people from traumatic backgrounds, experiencing mental health issues, substance use and other complex behaviours
- Calm and resilient
- The ability to work effectively with a team to achieve program goals and objectives
