**Job details**
- Online teaching (work from home)
- Average class size: 15-18 students (however can vary up/down).
- All students are approximately 16-18 years old.
- Live online (remote) teaching to students living in China.
- Teaching schedule is based on Beijing time.
- Generally A2-B1-level students.
- Classroom resources and teacher support provided.

**Preferred experience and skills**
- Experience teaching low-level ESL classes.
- At least 2 years' experience teaching English as a second language.
- CELTA certification, or TESOL certification (level 4 or above).
- Bachelor Degree (Language fields preferred).
- Experience delivering online classes.
- Competency using online software such as: Google (Meet, Classroom etc); Microsoft.
- Competency using Meet; Teams; Zoom; ClassIn.

**Required technology**
- Reliable internet connection, capable of managing video conferencing and multimedia streaming (for example playing YouTube videos in class).
- Reliable desktop computer or laptop with adequate processing power (Windows or Mac).
- Earphones/Headphones equipped with microphone (laptop/desktop microphone not acceptable).
- Smartphone capable of downloading and running teaching app.

**Required teaching environment**
- Well-lit face: Appropriate lighting required, for example an LED studio light (preferred) or desk lamp.
- Quiet room (for example no traffic noises, or people walking in the background).
- Neat and tidy background.

**Payment amount and frequency**
- $50 per hour
- Teachers must have an ABN in order to invoice to INUS. Super not provided by INUS.
- Payment processed fortnightly.
- Onboarding process is unpaid.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 1-3 per week

**Salary**: $50.00 per hour
