**About the role**

**Critical responsibilities**:

- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
- Proactively approach guests in hotel common areas and engage in communication to encourage patronage to hotel food and beverage venues, as well as hotel spa - assist with bookings for both.
- Assist with special event organizing and planning, and champion the reservation system software.
- Assist with general F&B admin duties
