**About the role**:
Work with the studio and brand teams to bring the products to life You will be responsible for the conceptual ideation, execution and art direction of the Ecommerce Photography Shoots.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of Art Direction, e.g briefing studio, sourcing talent, H&MU, styling etc.
- Use a wide variety of styling techniques across womenswear, menswear, kids wear, and flat-lay.
- Ensure daily shoot targets are fulfilled and align with photography budget and deadlines.
- Work closely with photographers and models to deliver all online brand imagery to accurately depict clothing and branding.
- Responsible for briefing freelancers, photographers and studio on the daily best practises.
- Ensure all daily shoot/styling preparation is of highest standard.
- Choose selects with agreed turnaround period to ensure finals are delivered to the team before product arrives online & in store.

**Key Skills**:

- Previous styling experience, preferably for a fashion retailer online.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative and process improvements to constantly raise the image quality bar and studio processes.
- Ability to work to stringent deadlines with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Have a strong ethic and able to show initiative.
- _MUST include a link to a portfolio of work samples demonstrating execution of _creative concept and commercial styling._
