Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join the team as a
**Property Manager.**

What makes this role different to other PM roles? This position is exclusively Monday to Friday, say goodbye to Saturday's and get your weekends back In addition to no weekend work, there's no leasing, no routine inspections and no accounts. If that isn't enticing enough for you, our client value industry skills and experience and are willing to offer an extremely competitive salary package for the right person.

Experience within the Property Management sector is highly desired and advantageous, however, we strongly encourage anyone with transferable skills and experience to apply.

**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Open homes as required;
- Maintenance requests;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
No leasing, no routine inspections, no accounts and no weekend work

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and
- A valid drivers licence.
