**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an enthusiastic **Bar Supervisor** to lead our bar operations. This is a 30-plus-hour role with only two late closers. The position is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality who enjoys working in a team-focused environment. You’ll oversee the management of our bar, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing and growing a bar team, providing training and support
- Overseeing bar operations, ensuring smooth service and stock management
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service
- Dealing with busy functions, ensuring seamless bar service during high-volume events
- Taking care of locals, building rapport and fostering a welcoming environment
- Handling a mix of opening and closing shifts
- Leading and motivating staff, ensuring a positive and efficient working environment
- Liaising with our board to report on bar operations, challenges, and successes
- Maintaining stock control, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
- Managing cash handling, tills, and performing end-of-day reconciliations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least two years of prior experience in a bar supervisory or management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High level of customer service and a positive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with regulars and local patrons
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods and large functions
- Experience in liaising with club management or boards
- Possession of current RSA and RCG certification
