**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and calibrate agricultural robotic systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Provide hand-on and remote technical support to ensure continuous systems functionality.
- Offer comprehensive training to customers and farm staff on operating and maintaining robotics systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product reliability and serviceability.
- Document all service activities and develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for service activities.
- Support field trails of new equipment and prototypes, providing valuable feedback on performance.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards and working on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in robotics, mechatronics, engineering, or a related field.
- Field experience, preferably in agriculture or robotics systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and industrial control system is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments.
- A valid driving license

76,000 - 120,000 AUD per year(Remote - Adelaide, AU)
