**About the role**

Based at our B&D Garage Doors manufacturing site in Revesby, we're looking for an S&S Advisor who is passionate about the safety of our people. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead delivery of Safety & Sustainability (S&S) improvement objectives within acceptable timeframes
- Lead effective and proactive site risk management process
- Ensure health monitoring processes are applied
- Coordinating site occupational hygiene program & hazardous chemical management
- Ensure compliance with site licenses & reporting requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- A critical and curious operator who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
- A hands-on safety advisor who enjoys spending time on the floor to identify opportunities to improve safety
- Prior experience in a safety role within an operational / manufacturing environment
- Influencing skills to build constructive relationships with all employees, team leaders, and managers where there are no direct reports
