Seeking a full-time/part-time trainee Dental Assistant. Experience in dental assisting is preferred, but we are after the the right person as full training will be provided. We are seeking a mature, bright, enthusiastic, pet-friendly (as we have a therapy dog) person with good customer service and communication skills.

Duties include:

- Sterilization and cleaning
- Chairside assisting of dentists and oral health therapists
- Communicating with clients and the dental team

We are looking for these qualities in the applicants.
- Has a positive attitude
- Values personal health and health promotion
- Keen desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Friendly and warm and able to work in a team environment
- Have good hand-eye co-ordination
- Ability to work hard and self-motivated to learn
- Responds well to feedback and takes action to implement the feedback positively.

About us:
The Dental Gallery is an accredited dental practice in Point Cook, Melbourne. Our team is warm, friendly and caring and will support you in your learning journey. We believe that a safe and happy work environment. We are a team who has the right balance between work and home with each member only working 4 days a week and two Saturday's a month. This helps our staff have time for exercise, health and well-being.
