Accounts Clerk

Accounts All-rounder
- Part-time position: 4-5 hrs daily, 5 days per week
- Busy and varied role in a friendly small office environment

We are looking for a professional, motivated and reliable person to join our Queensland administration team. From data entry to reconciliations to reporting - you will need to have proven accounts experience, excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.

Progression to a full-time position is possible early next year.

Responsibilities will include:

- Payables and Receivables data entry
- Reconciliations & Reporting
- Assistance and communication with national offices
- Filing and archiving

You must have:

- Proven experience with accounting software (MYOB/ Xero/ Quickbooks/ Sage or similar)
- Microsoft skills - esp. Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- A proven track record in multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving
