**What are we looking for?**

We currently have an opportunity for a casual cleaner to join our team at Shell V-Power Holiday Park. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the rooms, precinct and common areas are kept in a presentable condition at all times along with some basic housekeeping and reception duties. We operate on a Shared services model so this role will be supporting the team as a cleaning / housekeeping / reception resource across all the Precincts on a need / rostered basis.

Shell V-Power Motorsport Park situated in Tailem Bend is a state of the art, world class multi-purpose facility, built for all motoring disciplines. The Motorsport Park is the ultimate experience for motor enthusiasts and has a Motorsport Track, Dragway Strip, Karting Drome and Holiday park.

**The Role**:
Providing housekeeping and cleaning services for the Holiday Park including:
1) Informs Holiday Park Managers IMMEDIATELY of any unusual, different or abnormal situations seen in or around the caravan park - this is paramount.

2) Anticipates and pleasantly attends to guest’s needs and desires immediately, with a high level of confidentiality and in a discreet manner.

3) Greets Holiday Park guests in a polite and courteous manner being careful not to confuse friendliness with familiarity.

4) Services and cleans allocated buildings to the highest of standards within the desired timeframe (or advises to Holiday Park Manager if room has been vacated out of the ordinary for whatever reason/s)

5) Displays attention to detail across all guest facility cleaning functions, with a thorough, hygienic and aesthetical approach to both cleanliness and presentation at a high standard.

6) Ensures the presentation of the property is in accordance with The Bend Holiday Park standards, which may include some ad hoc tasks from time to time

7) Replenishes and controls Guest supplies to The Bend Holiday Park standards or special requirements advised and reports any maintenance issues to the Holiday Park Managers

8) Follows all Housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the Holiday Park Managers.

9) Attends training and information meetings as required.

10) Understand the property presentation and room service requirements in accordance with The Bend Holiday Park standards, policies, and procedures.

11) Follow all Housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the Holiday Park Managers.

12) Comply with all The Bend Holiday Park standard operational policies and procedures.

13) Have a full knowledge of and practice all The Bend Holiday Park established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S)

Other tasks as may be directed from time to time and after-hours work, may be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
