**About the Role**:
Providing support to a variety of stakeholders, your key responsibilities may include:

- Action requests or incidents escalated to Service Desk in relation to PIMS
- Manage Incident and Requests in accordance with defined processes and to the agreed standards
- Assist with PIMS implementation project and rollout
- Conduct onsite training and assist with go live
- Adhoc project tasks as requested
- Work collaboratively with BSN, business managers, vet director and clinics to improve processes and bring in efficiencies.
- Document SOP and help with process implementation in clinics relating to PIMS

**About You**:

- Excellent** communication** skills, with a strong client focus.
- Have experience supporting Microsoft products including **Windows 10, **Office, Excel and SQL knowledge**.
- Experience on working on projects, system implementations and providing end user training.
- Practical experience in the use of IT **ticketing systems**.
- The ability to **manage** and **prioritise** incoming client requests.
- Demonstrated** problem solving** skills, with the ability to work in high pressure environments.
- A **professional** and **‘can-do’** attitude towards work.
- Current **drivers’ license**.
