**About the role**:
We are currently looking for experienced, committed, and compassionate disability support workers to provide services in our newly established SDA/SIL accommodation in Cranbourne, Victoria.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
- Experience working in the respite setting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)
- Willingness to support clients with personal care including showering, manual handling, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Must be available to work 15+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including **sleepover** shifts.

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
- National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
