**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu are now seeking a Technical Trainer Assessor to be based in our Welshpool branch to design, develop, deliver and evaluate electrical training programs for Komatsu staff to the standards required, enhancing the skills of our people to improve the support to our customers. Whilst doing this you will also need to design, develop, deliver and evaluate technical training programs for our customers to enable improvements to their business objectives.

**Roster**:Monday - Friday with site travel requirements

**Role Located**:Welshpool or Sherwood (Brisbane)

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A grade** **Electrician with mechanical experience
- Demonstrated experience with the Komatsu fleet - including but not limited to Electric Wheel Loaders
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable
- Deliver quality training and assessment to student and clients
- Understanding and experience of the operations of a training department
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly developed computer and software skills
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Quality focused, flexible and adaptable
