We are seeking an accomplished, strategic leader to oversee the performance and growth of our **My Holiday **brand. This pivotal role requires a visionary mindset, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Division Leadership**: Oversee the performance of MH with a focus on top-line sales, employee engagement, service excellence, and adherence to company policies
- **Strategic Planning & Budgeting**: Develop and implement budgetary plans and a 3-year business strategy to drive MH’s continued growth
- **Procurement & Product Strategy**: Lead the procurement function, delivering a diverse product range to support brand growth. Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to benefit collective brands
- **Negotiation & Partnerships**: Negotiate competitive agreements with key partners, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, and airlines
- **Marketing & Advertising Management**: Optimize advertising budgets to maximize revenue growth and customer engagement
