**About the role**:
As an Assistant Manager of our Vermont site, you will be responsible for working alongside the Site Manager to maximize sales opportunities and overseeing and managing all aspects of the day to day running of the site.
To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about delivering superior customer service and, motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for working alongside the Site Manager in overseeing and all aspects of the day to day running of the site.
**Sales & Customer Service**: Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets. Fort Knox Self Storage Assistant Managers support our storage experts to ensure they offer superior storage solutions that are easy for our customers.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to align goals and synergy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
**Customer Centric**: WOW our customers through delivering exceptional customer service. Foster strong relationships with our customers addressing their needs promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
**Debt Management**: Review bad debtors for your facility and initiate follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards for delinquent accounts and lien proceedings.
**Reporting and Documentation**: Assist the Site Manager in providing weekly/monthly reports on sales to your Area Manager. Compile and maintain necessary documentation, including but not limited to customer data and compliance materials.
**Site Presentation**:You need to have enthusiasm and take pride in housekeeping standards and site presentation.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous leadership experience preferably in retail sale, estate agent like environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to take direction, have initiative & a strong work ethic.
- Customer centric and naturally lead by example embracing our values and standards in our brand.
- Current driver license and own car (preferred).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year

- Vermont South, VIC 3133: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
