**Day position (06:00 am - 02:30 pm) and Afternoon position (02:30 pm - 11:00 pm)**

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical trade qualification.
- 5+ years of FMCG manufacturing experience, particularly with automation equipment.
- Industrial environment experience.
- Strong fault-finding and communication skills.
- Outcome-focused mindset.
- CMMS experience.

**Responsibilities**:

**Core Duties**:

- Equipment Performance: Collaborate with the Production Team to optimize equipment performance.
- Documentation Integrity: Maintain accurate documentation and SAP data entry.
- Post-Maintenance Standards: Ensure equipment meets standards post-maintenance for smooth start-up.
- Planning Support: Assist planners in scheduling corrective work and maintenance activities.
- Team Coaching: Train Manufacturing Team members in machine operation and fault-finding.
- Production Throughput: Implement measures to maintain production throughput.
- Accountability: Take responsibility for handovers, RCA's, and completion of technical tasks.

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour
