**Service Coordinator**:
**Duties**:

- Update the daily services calls spreadsheet and enter records into the system
- Confirm scheduled visits with customers
- Assist the technician team with stock transfers to customers and internally
- Build and maintain effective relationships with our regular contractors, tradespeople and customers
- Inventory Control involving coordination of incoming / outgoing goods and stock taking
- Perform data entry duties
- Manage loan equipment
- Coordinate transportation of customer equipment / parts for contracted works
- Raise job and purchase orders for service jobs
- Generate customer invoices
- Help the service team with technical phone support
- Send contract renewals and contract quotations to customers
- Set up new contracts and contract renewals in SAPByD and invoice customers in a timely manner

**Required Experience**:

- Strong demonstrated experience within a similar coordinator role
- A proven track record of going above and beyond for others
- Proven teamwork experience
- Excellent communication, time management skills and telephone manner and skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- A personable individual, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Focussed, strong attention to detail, highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
- Knowledge of SAP or SAPByD is preferable
- Hours will be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
