**The Company**

A well-known contractor within the Australian resources and infrastructure space. This company has built up a strong brand and history of projects working in WA. They have a solid portfolio of clients within the civil and resources sector with a delivery-focused team culture and a pipeline to projects for the years ahead.

With momentum recently gaining in the WA civil and infrastructure sectors they are currently looking to expand their team with a positive, driven and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is passionate about leading teams and driving productivity with a strong regard for quality and safety.

In this role you will work directly with the Maintenance Superintendent assisting them in the day to day requirements of managing and mentoring a team of mobile plant maintenance personnel.

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within the Civil and Mining sector, working on HD machinery/equipment
- Experience in the maintenance of brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Oversee site activities associated with the efficient maintenance and use of plant, equipment, labour and materials
- Possess a positive and proactive approach to OH&S and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
- Ensure your crews adhere to the site protocols and ensure they have the right permits and training completed
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
