- **We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the**Hoppers Crossing**area to support a 52 year-old Male with a brain injury to live independently within his own home.**

Duties include but not limited too**- ** Assistance with personal care tasks**
- **Behavior management strategy implementation**
- **Light domestic assistance**
- **Meal preparation and Community participation**- ** You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.**

- **Wednesday -** 0900 -16:00**
