**More about what you’ll do**
In this newly created role to support our business growth, your passion for writing and publishing will contribute to the success of our customer retention and new business goals.
Reporting to the Bids and Contracts Manager, you are empowered, to create and control customer related content that provides clear, succinct and impactful explanations of our features and benefits for the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage access and retrieval of content within the existing databases of customer-related documents within the content libraries (Expedience, Knowledge Hub and SharePoint)
- Maintain a program of reviewing content and proactively engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to revise, update and innovate content.
- Collaborate with SMEs through “interviews” to identify, create and update Content to:
- Maintain documents with new features from new product or innovation releases,
- Create new content, infographics, templates to evolve the presentation of our “offer”.
- Maintain version control for reuse in proposal, tenders and ad-hoc requests.
- Archive content and templates no longer required.
- Create documents and presentations ensuring compliance with brand guidelines as required.
- Review, edit and control documents, templates and company information for the Bids Team for the purposes of efficient writing of bids, tenders and proposals.
- Maintain version control, folder structure and file naming to support efficient access and sharing of content across the Sales team and wider business.
- When required, contribute to writing tender and proposal responses.

The ideal applicant loves writing If you are a University Graduate who is looking to use marketing and/or business administration learning into action in our Business-to-Business sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the use of spelling, grammar and visual appearance of documents.
- High Attention to detail in formatting, and templating across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with reading, writing and editing capability overviews, business updates, company policies and sales presentations.
- Proficient in word processing, exposure to marketing or journalism or passion for reading, writing and document publishing.
