Best & less has an opportunity for a **Part-time Permanent Step
- Up Manager **to join the passionate and supportive team based at our **Hollywood Plaza** store in South Australia. This role is for somebody who has aspirations for achieving big things in retail, as career growth is an important aspect of this opportunity.

As an integral members of the Hollywood Plaza 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a Team member your role will include**
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
- Rotating Roster, including every third weekend and third Thursday night

**As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail,
- Previous retail supervisor or manager experience will be an advantage
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- Eager to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Desire to develop your career in retail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to $23.45 per hour
