**About Us**

We are a **newly opening convenience store** in Adelaide, offering freshly brewed **barista-made coffee**, **bakery items**, snacks, and essential everyday products. We’re passionate about great coffee and excellent customer service and are looking for a skilled and motivated barista to join our team from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality barista coffee and hot beverages with consistency
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Operate POS systems, handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Assist with general store duties: restocking, cleaning, merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and store
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reordering needs for coffee and bakery items

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred)**:

- Confident in operating commercial coffee machines and grinders
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
