Bankstown Sports Club
Bankstown Bowls Club
Bankstown Golf Club
Aurburn Tennis Club
The Acres Club
Birrong Sports Club
Baulkham Hill Sports Club

**Your key accountabilities include**:

- Provide Patrons with an exception customer experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors, and employees in accordance with the Club Policies and Procedures
- Enforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policy
- Courteous, welcoming & informative manner when at work.
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operation
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
- Accurate efficient, effective operation of Keno terminals
- Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.
- Cash handling duties when required
- Ensure the security of the Clubs cash and physical assets
- Take and deliver orders promptly
- Assist with club activities and promotions (raffles, bingo, events when required).
- Knowledge of the club activities, functions, events, and promotions and provide accurate information to all patrons
- Identifies and reports to management any unsafe equipment, practice, or person of interest
- Maintain workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and security procedures
- Complete any other duties reasonably requested by Management

You'll be part of a strong and supportive team, that genuinely love coming to work
- RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain
- Fairly flexible availabilities

- Able to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organisation skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Good personal presentation
- The ability to deal with unexpected situations
- A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- The ability to work accurately and respond quickly to requests
- Excellent personal presentation

- A responsible attitude to industry health and safety regulations
