Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the key focus of this role is to ensure that company stock is received and stored accordingly and in conjunction with club standards.
In order to be successful in this role, you must be a highly methodical, meticulous, and organised individual. Being able to pay close attention to detail and high levels of efficiency is necessary for this position. This is a physically demanding role and applicants will be required to undertake a physical assessment upon appointment.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include
- Demonstrated commitment to our Culture Values which include having a ‘Can do’ attitude, being a team player and Surprise and delighting customers.
- Ordering and control of stock
- Ensure goods are stored in an efficient manner upon delivery
- Complete any reporting requirements for Food & Beverage Manager
- Maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of the cellar area
- Possess product knowledge
- Ability to lift and move up to 20kg
- Ability to follow safe work practices
Essential Criteria
- RSA/RCG Competency Card
- Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work a varied roster including days, nights, and weekends
