Core Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and develop business and IT strategies, focusing on the retail sector.
- Create an enterprise architecture blueprint to achieve the business strategy.
- Consult with business units to understand their technology needs.
- Lead the transformation and upgrading of legacy systems to contemporary architectures.
- Mentor and train junior IT staff in architecture best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, etc.)
- Proven industry experience within the retail sector, specifically in POS systems, loyalty programs, and related technologies.
- Advanced skills in cloud computing, SQL, database management, and data sourcing.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in IT audit and compliance.

Desirable Qualities:

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking skills.
- Tertiary education in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
