**Salary**: $70,000 - $100,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fabricate aluminium window frames and components using various tools and machinery.
- Assemble windows, ensuring proper fitting and functionality.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Operate cutting, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical training in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus ( not essential).
- Previous experience as a window fabricator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to aluminium fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a fabrication environment.
- Good communication skills.
