**About the role**:
We currently have a new position in our IT and Software Development team. Working in a hybrid role that encompasses development of detailed documentation of hardware and software systems, analysis of IT related projects both internal and external to the business, and business analysis of processes/systems.

Working in small team, your key duties will included:

- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
- Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
- Be a secondary contact for third parties, managing and maintaining relationships
- Assist with managing and monitoring project plans, project schedules and procurement
- Assist with, and be a part of the rollout of new technologies within the IT team
- Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
