**Your Key Contribution**
- Reports to the Procurement Team Leader
- The role provides administrative support, through a variety of duties including purchasing administration, reconciling invoices and data entry, to facilitate the efficient operation of the Procurement Team
- Facilitate coordination and process flow of information between Purchasing and Finance teams
- Act as back up and support to the Finance Team by processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

**Some of Your Key Activities**
- Manage the shared Inbox - assigning and follow-up of tasks
- E-filing of critical supplier/contract information
- Manage short lead time purchases including checking inventory levels, past ordering patterns, safety stock levels, raising of purchase orders and follow up of supplier enquiries.
- Manage on onsite consumables ordering
- Contribute to the management of LCL & FCL shipment bookings
- Assist with the organisation of Local Transport
- Assist with the updating and cleaning of Data to ensure efficient stock management
- Follow up of urgent orders and overdue supplier invoices and order listings
- Assist with the set up of new suppliers
- Manage credit requests
- Matching supplier invoice with delivery dockets

**What is valued?**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of purchasing, inventory and accounting based systems - such as INFOR or SAP.
- Use of Microsoft Suite of programs including Microsoft 365
- High attention to detail, time and task management
- A dynamic and willing attitude to do what is needed to support the team.
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on the delivery of desired business outcome(s)
- Participate well in small teams
- Work autonomously with limited supervision

**Desirable**
- Experience in aluminium production and/or manufacturing industry with multiple of parts/categories etc.
- Relevant qualification in purchasing, finance, accounts or administration.
- Working with international container freight booking and other logistics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,500.00 - $72,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 5 years (preferred)
