**Front of House & Drive Through Staff**

We are looking for trusty, well-presented front of house staff for the new Café de Vilis Elizabeth. Contingent on their placement, front of house staff may be responsible for assisting customer with orders both at our counter and drive through, serving tables, conveying customer requests to kitchen staff, replenishing supplies and assist with general duties in the Cafe.

To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management.

**Front of House Staff Responsibilities**:

- Taking customer orders, processing orders on the POS and processing payments.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Setting up and cleaning tables.
- Restocking/replenishing supplies as required.
- Cleaning dining and other front of house areas of the Café.
- Assist with washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwasher or by hand.

**Drive Through & Front of House Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the position with drive through order taking experience essential.
- Good customer service skills, be service oriented and adept at handling customer complaints.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorisation skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.**:

- Barista experience and qualifications advantages.
- Availability to work within a 24hr restaurant/café. Rotating Shifts.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the Cafe's operations.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Drive Through Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA Certificate (preferred)

- Australia (required)
